SERVICES OVERVIEW
SITE ACQUISITION
We work with land owners and use smart methods to get them better deals on their property than they would if they sold at market.
We partner with other developers, builders, and investors to source development sites for their residential and commercial projects.
LAND SUBDIVISION
We design out-of-the-box solutions for the best and highest use of land, and manage the process including the initial design, obtaining development approval, execution of civil works, and sale of house and land packages.
We work with land sizes capable of subdivision in to up to 40 lots or more.
PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT
We build duplexes and townhouse developments which may be an extension of a Land Subdivision project, or producing beautiful homes on a site for which a development approval has already been obtained. Developments often produce a substantial return on investment.
RENOVATION
We design and manage renovation projects for home owners and investors. Projects typically take between 4-12 weeks and can produce value uplifts far exceeding project cost.
We provide advice to home owners on funding projects in ways that minimise cash investment and maximise return on investment.
